Mica Mountain Lodge & Log Cabins

The cabins have a lovely porch for sitting and looking at the mountains, and are far enough apart to give you plenty of privacy. They're cozy and very clean, with a bathtub, kitchen, living area, and a large bedroom with comfortable beds. Valemount is only 15-20 minutes away for a supermarket, pubs, and restaurants. Elke and Jürgen are perfect hosts, and their huge, beautiful property is a real hidden gem. The quiet is so peaceful: you can watch the stars at night and wake up to nature in the morning. We hope we can return. Thank you, Elke, Jürgen, Maya, and Molly, for making our two nights memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were friendly and had great recommendations, and the cabin was cozy with everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. We'd happily recommend it.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in one of the cozy cabins and will definitely come back. From the front porch there are gorgeous views of Mica Mountains, and the scenic river is just a short walk away. The cabin had everything we needed: a very comfortable bed, a small but nice bathroom, a cute little kitchen, a dining table, and a great view from the living room. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

We loved waking up to nature, with roosters, moose calls, and even a cute little white bunny coming by. There were also a few horses on the property that we enjoyed visiting, and we had a campfire. The mountain getaway was beautiful, immaculately kept, and extremely clean. When our flight was cancelled and we thought the trip was ruined, the host accommodated a change of dates. We also ventured into Valemount and had the most delicious croissants at the Bakery. We recommend it 100 percent and can't wait to come back. Thank you.
