Holiday Inn Express & Suites Welland by IHG

We arrived at 2:00 AM and the receptionist welcomed us warmly and professionally, so we felt at ease right away. Throughout our three nights, starting May 17, the front desk staff stayed courteous, attentive, and helpful. The hotel felt brand new and was extremely clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet, and the location made it easy to get to nearby attractions and amenities. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place with good service.

We booked over 30 rooms for guests at our daughter’s August wedding, and the whole experience was flawless, from our first contact with reservations through the wedding. The team was patient and quick to respond to all our questions and the different guest arrangements. Front desk staff were outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast staff were wonderful too, especially with my 85-year-old parents. Everyone treated them so kindly. The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how great the staff and hotel were. Thank you for making our guests feel so welcome!

Our group stayed at the Holiday Inn Welland for my August 2025 wedding in the area. Leading up to it, the staff were quick to respond and always kind and helpful whenever I had questions. My guests said their rooms were clean and modern, and they were happy with the amenities. I’d highly recommend this location for future personal visits or larger groups. Amazing service. I wish I could give more than five stars.
