The staff were the one bright spot: both the check-in and check-out employees were friendly and pleasant. The apartment, a two-room unit in what is clearly a student residence, was in poor condition and unpleasant, with a very ill-equipped kitchen and tiny beds in both rooms. There was no breakfast, and the bar had very few choices. We found the stay a major disappointment. It might do for one night while passing through to Niagara Falls or Toronto.

We stayed last weekend for my son's basketball tournament, and the room was clean. The staff were all really nice, and when my son realized he'd left his powerbank charger behind a few hours after checkout, the receptionist helped us find it. It was affordable too. If I come back, I'd definitely stay here again.

The price is great, Niagara Falls is a 25-minute drive away, and the staff are very nice. They do their best to answer questions and offer recommendations. The room itself is a very basic student room: it has a kitchenette, but no cooking equipment, and there isn't a coffee machine in the room or at reception.

It's a no-frills place, but the value for the price is hard to beat. The staff are nice, and I didn't see any bed bugs. Bring a heater, though, because they crank the AC.

For a motel price near the falls, getting two bedrooms and a little kitchen with a microwave is a great deal. The place is bare-bones but pretty clean, including the bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly, and it felt quiet and safe. Don't expect four-star service, but the value for your money is excellent.
