We return every year for our anniversary, and the helpful, friendly staff make each stay even better. There are elegant, romantic suites or a large, roomy loft, depending on what you need. It’s also just a two-minute walk to the beach, which is convenient for surfing.

We had ten people, and everyone slept comfortably. It’s handy that you can rent the suites separately to suit different group sizes. The rooms were great, with lots of space to store our surf gear. Between the outdoor shower and hot tub, it was perfect for our surfing weekend.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the hot tub was a great perk on cool, rainy days. The suites were clean and well maintained, in a beautiful, quiet wooded setting. The ocean is only a two-minute walk away, and Tofino is a short drive. Can’t wait to return.

The Garden Suite was a last-minute find for our weekday Vancouver Island trip celebrating our 10th anniversary, and it was a perfect romantic retreat. Chesterman Beach was literally steps away, and in sunny October we enjoyed a few hours on a blanket in the sand before the fog came in late afternoon. We also had a responsible beach fire at sunset and into the dark. Douse or bury your fire and pack out your trash, folks. The beach was beautiful and clean, and we all want to keep it that way. The suite was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed in Tofino. Its raised queen bed was super comfortable, with clean sheets and great pillows. There was also a kitchenette, a shower and toilet area, and an epic freestanding jacuzzi beside a two-person sink and mirror. After hiking, it felt like our own private spa. We enjoyed morning tea and the birds from the private garden. Its gate opens onto the shared hot tub, outdoor rain shower, and barbecue area. On our last night, my husband and I grilled fresh local fish and vegetables. Even though the area is shared, the friendly, respectful guests and spacious grounds made it feel private. Santos, the Inn’s caretaker, was incredibly welcoming and recommended great restaurants and activities. A peaceful rainforest and beach getaway.

The host was warm and friendly, and made us feel welcome. We stayed in the loft suit, which was perfect for us. Having a kitchen, laundry, and spa tub was great. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!
