Centennial Place Student Residence Scarborough

Living at Centennial Place Residence has been a great experience. It's convenient, particularly because it's close to campus and student resources, and the staff are supportive and friendly. The residence feels welcoming to students. I appreciate the community events and the effort to help residents feel connected.

Amanda has such a good heart. She treats people with respect, cares about others, and makes those around her feel comfortable and happy. Whenever I need support, she's there and helps me with everything I need. I'm grateful to have someone like her in my life. She's a truly kind and helpful person.

The location was the main reason I stayed at Centennial Residence for two years, and it's the only real positive I can think of. Water pressure was consistently very low, making everyday routines frustrating. Management was disappointing too: communication was unclear and inefficient, and when I asked for help I often got passed between people without a proper answer. After graduation, I asked for a basic letter of recommendation to help with renting a new place. Despite following up several times, they neither sent it nor gave me a clear response. The deposit was also misleading. We were told it would take about three weeks, but it took around two months, which caused needless inconvenience. The disorganization, poor communication, and unhelpful management made living there frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it unless location is your only priority.

The atmosphere is really good, and it's a clean building with friendly staff. As a student, I found it a great place to live, especially with campus and everything you need so close by. I had a great experience here.
