Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport South by IHG

The pancake machine at breakfast was such a fun surprise, and there were lots of other choices too. We appreciated the 24/7 coffee station as well. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff gave great service. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and modern, with an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and bathroom stocked with Dove products. The hotel also has a gym and pool. Its convenient location near the airport made this a comfortable stay, and we’d definitely return.

The shuttle running to and from the airport made getting there easy. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I also used the clean, well-stocked gym. Most of all, the man and woman at the front desk that evening, the 19th, were incredibly kind and helpful. Sorry I didn’t catch their names, but they really made my night. I was there because my flight had been cancelled, and even with that stressful start, I had a great experience.

Even with a last minute booking last weekend, the hotel treated me well. The room was clean and comfortable, and they left some valentine gifts. When there was an AC problem, the manager sorted it out by bringing me a heater. Pest control could be better, though.

I keep coming back because I always feel welcome here. The rooms are super comfortable, the view is gorgeous, and everywhere is spotless. Staff are consistently friendly and smiling, and the airport shuttle comes every 30 minutes, on time, with very friendly drivers. They also have the cutest hot cocoa bar now! Ashley at the front desk deserves a special mention. Whether you arrive early in the morning, late at night, or any other hour, he greets you with a genuine smile. He’s kind, professional, and ready to help, which makes a difference right from the start. I stay here often, and they continue to go the extra mile and maintain a great standard. One of my favorite hotels, and I recommend it 100%.
