We froze all night because there was no blanket. There was only one towel for two people, and we booked a private bathroom but got a shared one. The toilet seat had piss on it, and there was no toilet paper. Don't look under the sink for any 🤢. The smoke alarm beeped loudly every 60 seconds, and I had to call someone to make it stop. Not impressed.

I booked this place for the wrong day by mistake and cancelled right away. When I asked for a refund, they told me to text the owner. He kept asking for proof of payment, so I sent the Hotels.com itinerary number, credit card transaction, and statement. I'm not sure why he couldn't see that himself. Then he called me a “grinch” for no reason. I don't really care about the money, but it's the principle. The owner was disrespectful and showed no common decency. I'd recommend booking elsewhere if you want peace of mind.

The place was filthy and rundown, with no amenities, and the staff seemed confused and uneducated. We asked to leave because we hadn't stayed, but they refused to refund us. They hadn't mentioned any no-return policy. I don't recommend it.

They had us walk 15 minutes to reach the place we were staying, and the room was uncomfortable and very unsanitary, with lots of broken and dirty things. The staff were slow to help and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Worst hostel experience I've had.
