The bathroom was very, very unclean, with yellow stains and hair easy to spot. I emailed several times about the dirtiness, and customer service replied that they were 100% confident it was very clean. Their response was nearly as disgusting as the place itself. This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Please stay away.

Two elevators for a 30-floor building make the rush-hour lineup a complete zoo. The whole elevator situation is a trampoline zoo.

I had a great experience living in this building. The elevators did go down once in a while, but the other ones were still quick and the wait wasn’t long, so I didn’t find it inconvenient. The security staff are all very nice and helpful. The comments about Dolly aren’t necessary, she’s always kind to us and gets the job done. Management also does a good job of sending weekly updates about what’s going on in the building.

The night-shift concierge staff are pleasant and helpful, which makes the daytime treatment stand out even more. The day-shift duo has a talent for dismissing people. Comments like “look around in the lobby, maybe your parcel is lying somewhere” and “how should I know? I wasn’t working” really make the experience feel personal. The A-lady working after 3 PM is especially unprofessional. She’d be a perfect example in an onboarding video of what not to do. Some people seem to have turned hostility and passive aggression into an art form, as if their job were to look down on anyone who asks a question. If I need a lesson in sounding apathetic and condescending, I know where to go. Five stars for setting a new standard in awful service.

The downtown location, friendly concierge staff, and ample parking earned the two stars from me. The management, though, is poor. When the A/C failed in the middle of summer, it took almost two months to fix, with the repair apparently stretching into fall. Residents were all buying portable units themselves, and the advice from management was to stay hydrated and not use the oven. There seems to be no backup plan for anything. When an elevator breaks, it can take months to get it working again, too.
