We had a good holiday in a warm, cozy house, and the beds were really comfortable. A few useful things were missing, including a rubber mat by the hot tub, a drying rack, and a mop.

My family and I stayed for three days starting August 1st, 2023. We had relatives as young as 10 and an older family member over 80. After a tiring trip, we found the ground-floor restroom wasn’t working, and nobody came to fix it after we complained. There was also a dirty heating vent, cabinets that wouldn’t open, old, unattractive furniture, too little space for garbage, and bathroom supplies that hadn’t been replenished. It was a very frustrating stay.
