The shared bathroom was spotless, with good hot water, strong pressure, and decent towels. We also had a big parlor and dining room to relax in, which was nice when we wanted a change from our room. We stopped here while crossing Gaspesie, and I was a little nervous since I don't speak French. The hosts were so welcoming and gave us helpful tips for the area, though, so the language was no problem. Our two-room setup was huge and comfortable, with a queen bed, dresser, sink, chair and loveseat in the bedroom, plus a couch, little table with two chairs, and dorm-sized fridge in the other room. Everything was clean. Breakfast was made from scratch, filling, and really tasty. I'd happily stay again, especially for the price.

The lake nearby gave us some lovely views, and this made a nice break on the drive between the Maritimes and Montreal. Inside, the shared spaces had interesting vintage decorations and felt very homey. We were a family of three and wanted to stay together in one room. The owners accommodated us with a pull-out couch and breakfast for all three of us. They were really kind and easy to chat with, and breakfast was amazing. Merci beaucoup!

The rooms were clean and really comfortable, and the whole place had a lovely feel to it. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful and nice the hosts were. A real gem. We can't wait to come back.

The bathroom was shared, but having a sink in the room meant it wasn't an issue for us. The rooms themselves were simple and clean, and breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The hosts were very helpful.

The owners were so sweet, and you can tell this is the right kind of work for them. Breakfast was fantastic, with a choice of a fruit crepe, yogurt parfait, or omelette. The rooms were clean and had a personal feel. There were three shared bathrooms right outside the room, but I never ran into anyone or felt pressured to socialize. There wasn't air conditioning, but opening the window helped and I slept comfortably. I usually worry about mosquitoes getting in at night, but the window screens kept them out.
