After three weeks here out of desperation, I’d warn people away. The room had bed bugs, black mold around the windows, a window that didn’t seal, and no heat. The bedding hadn’t been washed after the previous guest, the floors were filthy, and the bathroom had more black mold and a disgusting tub. The washing machine also stopped full of water with my clothes inside. Cora did nothing to get it fixed or make it right. Cora also kept the deposit they had promised to return. I left the room better than I found it, washing the bedding and tidying up, but they still took the deposit. Aside from the location, this is the lowest-quality hostel you could stay in. Beware.

Avoid this BNB. The room was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, and the way they spoke to customers showed no respect. I asked for a refund and was ignored, then told an hour later that there would be no refund. I’m still waiting for my deposit, and now my calls aren’t being answered. When I asked about it, she blocked us. There are far better places in Vancouver.

It’s my second night here, and the place hasn’t been sanitized. The floors are dirty, there’s no tissue in the bathroom, and the house has a foul smell. When I asked the hostess for a second towel, she wasn’t friendly. This is my first and last stay here.

I expected Cora's to be a breakfast and lunch place, but it’s actually someone’s house. I’m sure the breakfast would be great if they made it for me!
