910 Beach Avenue Apartment Hotel

A beautiful, convenient location, with everything you need for a longer stay.

The location is great, and the friendly staff were helpful. The building and rooms feel pretty old, and when we arrived the pullout couch hadn't been properly made up with clean sheets, though they fixed it quickly. Breakfast was good but had very little choice. It worked for what we needed, and that was what mattered.

We had a clean, affordable apartment in a great location, with friendly staff and a secure building. Our bachelor studio was small, but comfortably big enough for the two of us for one night. The indoor patio had a waterfront view, and the kitchenette was a nice perk. There was no A/C, but we didn't need it. The hotel's continental breakfast was better than some I've seen, mostly fresh homemade pastries and coffee. There's also a cute Italian coffee shop called Prego next door, and an AquaBus ferry stop just steps away. We'd stay again if the price were similar.

We needed extra towels and a blanket, and the staff brought them without any trouble. There's free continental breakfast, though for wheat-allergic guests the only options were an apple or an orange. The water-facing bedrooms are peaceful, with occasional seagull calls, and shielded from traffic. The location by the water is good, but street-facing bedrooms are quite noisy. Of the three apartments we've stayed in at this apartment building/hotel, none had AirCon / AC, though each room had portable fans. It wasn't very clean.
