The room was awful and nowhere near worth what we're paying. Dust covered the surfaces, wallpaper was peeling in several places, and the bathroom was in terrible disrepair. The shower faucet barely worked properly, there were badly patched wallpaper holes, and the ceiling was dirty and falling apart. There were even notes taped to the wall thanking "John" for the wonderful accommodations. Seriously. These accommodations are inside the LeSolei hotel but aren't part of it. You have to check in at the LeSolei desk, where we were treated very differently, almost with contempt. I contacted John about the problems, and he said he already knew about them but did nothing to fix anything. Dirty room, poor repair, owner knew and didn't care. I gave him this feedback before writing the review.

I canceled a week ahead through the service because the booking was supposed to allow free cancellation up to a week in advance, yet I was charged more than $300. The property manager showed no interest in discussing it, basically saying to drop dead, that's the policy. I'm very disappointed by the shockingly indifferent service and aggressive fee. I'm glad they'll never get any more money from me, and I'd urge others not to risk dealing with their indifference and charges.

The room was spotless and the location was great. Check in and checkout were easy. We used the phone in the room to contact staff, and as a travel guide with apps like Google Maps and transit. It also came with free data and calls. I'd definitely recommend this to family and friends.

I felt my expectations were fully met. The room was comfortable and very clean, and everything smelled fresh. I was really pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this place.
