It's a practical place to stay, with varied shops nearby and downtown close by. The Broadway station is about a 10-minute walk, so the metro is accessible. Since it's beside Vancouver General Hospital, ambulance sirens are common, even at night. If you're out exploring Vancouver most of the day and come back tired, it does the job. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking, there's a washer and dryer, and the whole house has good heating. There's no smart TV, but the Wi-Fi works.
