The one-bedroom place is a bit small, though still comfortable enough. Check-in staff were very nice, as was everyone else. We're right in downtown, so you can walk everywhere in the area. I'd love to come back another season.

The suites are clean, comfortable, and nice to look at. Keep in mind that the amenities are in a separate building across the street. Also, one of the building's elevators had been out of order for nearly two months when we visited, leaving access to only half the elevators.

The general manager, Louis, made me feel like family and was very accommodating. Check-in was easy, and there was a bottle of red wine waiting in my room for my birthday. The location is perfect, and I felt at home. This was one of my best experiences at this resort. I can't wait to visit again. Thanks, Worldmark, for a great stay.

The room was great, with a bed, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It's convenient for walking to most places, including Gastown, Chinatown, and Granville Island. The one major issue was the elevators. For a building over 32 stories tall with several underground parking levels, it has only two, and one was out of service. One ride down from the 21st floor took more than 20 minutes just to get an elevator to our floor. Everything else was exceptional, but that left my overall rating at three stars.

The room was clean and ready, and the TV was set to a fireplace channel when I checked in, a cute touch. Check-in was quick and friendly, as always. There are no sales centres in Canada. The new AC units should be great for summer.
