The burger was the one letdown for me, it tasted like it had been microwaved. The drinks were good, though, and the bartenders were friendly and attentive. The rest of the stay was so solid that I’d happily write about it, even though I usually don’t bother reviewing hotels. Around $170 a night got us a clean, well-kept room with a cool design, great shower pressure, and complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping was excellent, too, and the front desk staff kept greeting us warmly even when the lobby was busy. If I’m back in the area, I know where I’m staying: ALOFT!!

Our connected rooms were set up thoughtfully for my daughter’s birthday, which was a lovely personal touch. We also appreciated the late checkout, and breakfast had a delicious selection. The front desk team were helpful and friendly the whole time. We had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Vaughan and would gladly come back. Definitely five stars from us. Thanks, Aloft team!

We love coming here for a relaxing visit to Wonderland. The pool stays warm even through winter, and you can get a really cool view of Wonderland and Legoland. Our kid’s birthday was made extra special by the grateful staff. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and staff quickly bring extras when you need them. Everyone is friendly, too. The only things keeping this from five stars for us were the bathroom’s sliding door, which had no way to lock, and how clearly we could hear the neighboring room through the bathroom vent.

The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included. We were here for a weekend hockey tournament, and the hotel was in a great spot across from a great mall. Our room was warm and clean, the bed was comfortable, and Jacky was especially helpful.

Olivia made us feel so welcome during our visit to Vaughan this week, and we really appreciated how well she looked after us. Our room matched the website photos exactly, right down to the POW cushion. The hotel itself is clean, with a nice lounge that has a pool table, plus a nice pool. It was too cold and windy for us to sit out on the terrace, but it looks gorgeous. Thanks again, Olivia!
