The inside pool and jacuzzi are nice, and the outdoor hot tubs are even better. The rooms have been renovated, though the carpets in the common areas could use some work. Breakfast was warm and good, and there's free EV charging.
2/10
My room was supposed to be available between 4 and 5 PM, but it still wasn't ready at 5:30. I didn't get it until after 9 PM, which caused major logistical problems and threw off my plans. I'm extremely disappointed with this stay. The staff weren't courteous or attentive, and didn't try to help or offer a solution. When I tried to make a formal complaint, the front desk receptionist simply said, "That's not my job," and refused to take it. The hotel has ignored my messages since then and won't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and respect for guests is unacceptable. I don't recommend staying here.
2/10
The parking lot had large potholes that damaged my car, which made an already poor stay worse. I arrived at 2 PM with my two young children and asked to check in early. I was told there were absolutely no rooms, and even the manager confirmed it. Once they saw I was unhappy, suddenly a room was available right away, but only for an extra fee. I had to pay it. That felt extremely unfair and was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
10/10
The place is a bit dated, but I really liked it. My room was comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the bar was well stocked. The staff made an effort to speak English with me since I don't speak French.
10/10
We had a comfortable room and enjoyed our stay. The pool was very clean, and the hot tub was nice. We'll come back.
