Quality Inn & Suites Victoriaville

The room was large, clean, and nice, though it had a bit of a musty smell. Everything else was great. I stayed again later and got upgraded to an executive room.

A clean, great hotel with very professional service. M Clovis always greets me with a big smile, two cold bottles of water, and my favorite room already reserved.

The small pool and two jacuzzis, one indoors and one outside, were nice to have. For a business trip, the clean, spacious room was perfect, and reception staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, though the room felt too small for everyone in the morning. Some people had to wait standing until others finished and a seat opened up.

The only small annoyance in the room was that the TV didn't swivel, so it wasn't easy to watch from the sofa. Otherwise, it was clean, bright, spacious, and well equipped, with a desk, a table and two chairs, a sofa, and a coffee table. The bathroom was large, clean, and well stocked. I didn't use the coffee maker or microwave, but it was good to have them, along with a fridge about the size of one in a dorm room. The front desk person was friendly and fully comfortable speaking English. After some bad stays at this hotel chain in the US, this property was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was simple but had what I needed: coffee, eggs, sausages, and toast. There are plenty of restaurant choices within a ten-minute drive. I'll definitely come back. Edit: The breakfast area is very small, so finding a table can be a challenge. Coffee is only available from single-serve machines, so expect to wait for a cup.
