The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. There was also a tiny green space for the dog. We stayed at the Westward to be a reasonable distance from the Tswassen ferry. The building is very old and the rooms need an upgrade, but it was clean, which matters most.

It’s a great value for the price, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is excellent too, right beside Willowbrook Mall and Fraser Highway.

It was perfect for what I needed. I chose a kitchen, and it had all the basics. Cleaning service came three times a week. The place was quiet, and it’s been great.

The staff and owners were super friendly, and they even let my boyfriend and me check in three hours early, which was sweet. Our room was nice and clean, with a microwave, mini fridge, and TV. The bed was super comfy too. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby, plus a mall. We stayed four nights and would come back :)

It’s not a fancy five-star hotel, but it was surprisingly comfortable, clean, affordable, and convenient. That’s what matters most to me. The staff were friendly, and the location is fantastic, near the mall, food outlets, and supermarkets. As I was closing the door to our room, a man tried to greet us. I thought he was some creep and felt bad when I realized he was the manager/owner, who turned out to be hilarious, friendly, and down to earth. You can never be too careful, though, haha. We love Lance and will come back. Thanks for the laughs, Lance, you’re amazing!
