The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the outdoor BBQs were a nice extra for cooking and unwinding outside. The staff were friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating the whole time. My favorite small detail was the two-ply toilet paper, no thin sandpaper stuff here. It’s little things like that that make it feel like they care about guest comfort. Had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

Room #1 was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had everything we’d need even for a longer stay, including a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and kitchen sink. The heating worked well, and the mom-and-pop owners made the stay a great experience. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended if you’re staying near Vulcan!

This is a lovely family-run, old-school motel. My room was quiet and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great TV and channel selection. It also had coffee, a microwave, plates, and a fridge. Good value for the money, whether you’re here for a couple of nights like I was or for longer-term employee housing. Matt the own clearly takes a lot of pride in his motel.

I stayed here for a few weeks for work and have nothing bad to say. The beds were comfy, the TVs were nice, and everything was great. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and nice. The kitchenette rooms are especially good, like little apartments with everything you could need. A great little place to stay, definitely recommend 👌

Matt and his wife are lovely and so accommodating. The place is really clean and tidy. Matt calls my partner and me “the sisters”. We’ve stayed at this motel several times, it’s our go-to when we come to Vulcan for crawfishing. We’ve recommended it to friends and family too. God bless Matt, and thanks for everything!
