8/10

The bedroom was large and clean, with working AC that kept it comfortable. We were greeted when we arrived, and there was a large bottle of water and maple fudge in the room. Parking was easy to find. A few things to know: the washroom is shared, and there's no TV in the bedroom, though there's one in the main floor living room. We left at 7:30 AM without seeing anyone who could tell us about breakfast, so we didn't get any. There aren't many meal options nearby. The bedrooms seem to be on the top floor, which could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

A charming B&B, with delicious homemade breakfast made to order.

The owner was so kind, and breakfast was delicious, especially her homemade toast. We stayed during the Brome Lake race weekend and found the place beautiful and welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere. Our room had AC and was comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean and functional. There was a charming little terrace for eating outside or reading, though street noise carried over. We'd love to enjoy the place more next time, perhaps on a weekend without a race.
