A basic, clean room with two queens, a TV, quiet heat, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. The toilet was good, but there was no counter space. Parking can be tight. Priced right.

We got a good deal compared with staying in Manitou, and the room was clean and fairly quiet. We spent three nights at the Sundown Motel in February. The beds were comfortable, and the room itself was cozy. Worth the price!

Sean was super helpful, and the owner responded quickly to our questions and requests. We stayed in a cute, cozy, clean little place for a very affordable price, and our dogs were welcome too. Everyone was friendly and waved hello. Main Street Watrous is a 5-10 minute walk away, with great little cafes, a thrift store, and family restaurants. Manitou village and the beach/spa are a short 10 minute drive. Thanks, Sundown! We'll come again.

Nona's customer service was top notch, and she went beyond what I expected. She clearly handles her many responsibilities while still giving great service. If I'm in the area again, I'll book a room here without hesitation. Thanks for the care, it didn't go unnoticed.
