Breakfast was decent for an included hotel meal, and the two women working there were so nice they made it a highlight. We were in town for our son's baseball tournament, and the staff understood that nine-year-old boys can get rowdy. They opened a room where the kids could play. The rooms were great, the beds comfortable, and having a kitchenette was handy. I'd recommend it for teams.

You can hear people walking around upstairs pretty clearly, and it's loud enough that earplugs might be useful. That shouldn't be a problem if you're on the top floor. Aside from that, I thought this was a wonderful hotel.

The room felt spacious and homey, and it was spotless. Lynn, the front desk manager, was accommodating with our travel plans, while Trinity at the desk welcomed us warmly and had lots of helpful information. Thank you both for a lovely stay at Best Western Rose City Suites. I'd happily recommend it as a home away from home.

The coffee was really tasty, and I liked being able to make Belgian waffles at breakfast. After a long trip, though, it'd be nice if guests who have checked in could use the coffee machine as a welcome perk instead of having to head out to Tim Hortons. The creaky floor made it hard to sleep, since it felt like the upstairs neighbor was walking over my head. For a business trip, that wasn't a dealbreaker.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was very nice. I also found the bed and pillows really comfortable. It was a bit pricey, and this was my first time at this Best Western location.
