Home Inn and Suites Regina Airport

Simran made a great impression before we even arrived. She called ahead, learned what our business trip required, and had things prepared. Her clear, proactive communication made check-in easy, and she helped us find nearby places relevant to our work. Her local knowledge and willingness to help made a real difference. The whole team provided excellent service and made the hotel feel welcoming. Our spacious room was very clean and had everything we needed for a short work trip. Breakfast was hot, ready on time, and served in a clean, organized area. Simran stood out, and we also appreciate the management team for maintaining high standards. A great stay.

The rate through Booking. com was hard to beat, especially with breakfast and the free airport shuttle included. Our room was quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very clean. I also appreciated that it had no harsh chemical smells. Samron (spelling??) at the front desk at night and Jamie at the breakfast bar both went above and beyond. They were welcoming and provided excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I'd definitely stay here again when stopping in Regina.

At checkout, the front desk associate was efficient and helpful, though she still seemed embarrassed by her colleague's behavior. She said, “see you next time,” and I'm considering it. Check-in had also been smooth, with a warm, professional welcome. Breakfast left a poor impression. A blonde staff member in the dining area loudly used abusive language about construction workers because they had tracked mud in. Messes happen in hotels, but berating guests where others can hear isn't the standard I expect. I was sitting on a nearby couch, and the front desk associate was there too. She looked visibly uneasy, as if she knew the remarks were inappropriate but couldn't intervene. The property itself is fine, and I know the service can be great. I hope management addresses the professionalism of guest-facing staff. I'd consider coming back if service is consistent across the team.

I stay at all the Home Inn and Suites locations, and they reliably meet expectations: clean, nice, and good service. I've been to Yorkton, Swift Current, and stoon, and Regina is the best of them. The others are amazing too, but Bianca in management, the front desk team, breakfast lady, and housekeeping make Regina stand out. Thanks Bianca and team!
