They charged $570 to my credit card and won’t refund it, after accusing me of damaging the shower. I never used it during my stay. The staff also called me a liar, so the customer service was just as disappointing.

Really nice people, and the pool and hot tub were great on the colder days. We had a very pleasant week here, and the location was convenient. Thanks, we’ll be back.

Breakfast was served, but the noise from the boys’ baseball teams was awful. Kids ran up and down the halls and kept slamming doors, with no adults supervising them. It didn’t get quiet until 10:30.

The service was really friendly and helpful, and it was a perfect place for us to stop on the motorcycle ride home to Fredericton. The rooms are dated, but clean. One room our friends stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke.

That back-room view was perfect for watching a lightning storm. The heat also worked really well on a chilly night and warmed the room fast. Everything was clean and looked after, and Abby, I think that was her name, was so friendly and down-to-earth. I asked for a couple of chairs and she brought them over within minutes. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. We had a great stay, no complaints.
