Condo at Barona Beach Lakeside Resort

The resort is right on the water, with a lovely lake view, and it’s also close to wineries, shopping, and restaurants. The condo itself is lovely, beautifully furnished, and has everything you could need.

It’s a beautiful place to stay on Okanagan lake, with great resort amenities. There are also excellent restaurants, plenty of wineries, and some awesome hikes nearby. Whatever kind of fun you’re after, if it isn’t at the resort, it’s close by.

Unit 6402*** This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this property. Beware if you have young children, don’t stay here. Our host and property manager are trying to charge us through air bnb for work that wasn’t done. My nephew accidentally ran into a laundry room door and made a small hole. They sent us a made-up receipt for four hours of painting work, even though our host said the door had already been painted. They’re scammers who take advantage of families staying here. The washing machine was broken, the apartment was mediocre, and there was only one parking spot. This “resort” was very poorly managed. Don’t stay here or trust the other reviews. We wish we hadn’t. It was a vacation nightmare with money-hungry scam artists.

We booked an Airbnb with convenient access to the waterfront beach, plus a pool and jacuzzi to relax in. Overflow parking was a problem, though. There are only a few spaces, and they’re often full, so you might have to park a block away.
