Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna

The staff were so friendly and kept checking that we had what we needed. Rachel and Eugene were especially helpful and cheerful, and their service was excellent. My family had a blast at the pool and water slides. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel gave her sweet gifts that she absolutely loved. Amazing stay, we’ll come again and definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I first visited Kelowna for a short break from work, and the stay impressed us right away. He had handled the booking while I was busy with work. The receptionist welcomed us with such enthusiasm, and when we looked at our room before unloading the car, we were delighted. It was spacious, appealing, very clean, and smelled lovely. We slept well that night. Breakfast the next day was delicious and plentiful, with lots of tables and chairs in the dining area. The part we admired most was the kind hello from kitchen staff Rachael and Eugene. Their big smiles, friendly chat, and offer of more food made us feel welcome and happy. We don’t usually eat breakfast, but decided to try it and weren’t disappointed. It was the staff who really exceeded our expectations. I hope there are more people like them. My husband and I plan to book again for my birthday and visit Kelowna. Kudos to Fairfield Hotel, 10 stars if I could give them. Highly recommended.

We were here for my nephew’s hockey tournament, and a snowstorm meant we had to extend our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even though we were eager to get home, seeing the same people each morning was nice. The place has what you need, including a great pool, breakfast, an amazing gym, and spacious rooms. We ate dinner each night in the seating area. I’m giving four stars because the hotel needs a bit of a deep clean. Our shower had poor water pressure, apparently from calcium buildup. Aside from that, it was a great stay!

Sean was amazing to work with on our group booking and went above and beyond from beginning to end. Booking was smooth, with a link for our group, and he answered our emailed questions quickly. If you need a nice place for a group, I’d highly recommend getting in touch with Sean.
