We’ve stayed here before and keep coming back. Suzana and Allen are warm, caring hosts who respond quickly, and their high standards show in every detail. The property is spotless and so well kept, with beautifully arranged rooms that feel comfortable and a little luxurious. We especially love the peaceful backyard, a nice place to sit with a drink and unwind in the afternoon or evening. The homemade breakfast was delicious and clearly made with care. From the welcome when we arrived to the friendly goodbye, Suzana and Allen made us feel at home. Thanks for another wonderful stay. We’re looking forward to coming back again! Pam & Ed

The breakfast was a delicious three-course meal, and Suzana contacts you before check-in to ask about dietary restrictions. We were a little unsure about eating with the other guests, but the hosts made things relaxed and kept the conversation going. By the end, it felt like dining with friends instead of strangers. As a local since 2012, I can vouch for the hosts’ knowledge of the area. They gave the other guests good suggestions, including places locals go that are less touristy, and didn’t steer them wrong. Suzana made it feel like I was visiting a new city, even though I live nearby. I hope to find hosts as good as Suzana and Alan on my next trip. The quiet location was super clean, on par with high-end hotels, and the hosts were awesome. It made for a great staycation, and they clearly take pride in their B&B. I enjoyed it so much that I forgot to take pictures, even of breakfast. I’ll have to come back and remember next time.

Suzana welcomed us so warmly and even showed us the room and common area. Our room had a hot tub and was super clean and organized. Breakfast with the couple was great, with a savory dish, fruit and yogurt, a baked muffin, juice, and coffee. It was much more than we expected. They came out to see us off, too. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back. 😊

The lake view was amazing, and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were cozy and impeccably clean, and breakfast was delicious. Looking at the location on Google Maps had me expecting a long drive downtown, but it only took us 12 minutes. Lake and the City Bed and Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely return, and I’ve recommended it to all my friends.

The decor won me over, and the bathroom was so clean that the polished floor tiles shone like a new car. Don’t forget your shorts, you’ll want to use the hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a homey feel. It’s also well located near the bridge, close to Kelowna while keeping the relaxed Westside vibe. Suzana is a very organized, meticulous host, and you can tell she wants the best for her guests and the place. I’ve stayed at plenty of high-end hotels, including The Fairmont Pacific Rim - Vancouver, The Pan Pacific - Vancouver, The Delta - Kelowna, and The Eldorado - Kelowna. I paid about three times more at those places. Lake and the City feels higher end for a better price, without the crowds and bustle of a hotel. It’s a beautiful place, and I’d absolutely recommend it.
