We got a great deal on our booking, which made the stay very good value. Our two-bedroom apartment at The Cove Lakeside Resort was spacious, clean, and well equipped, so it was comfortable and convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the sheets fresh and clean, and the bathroom spotless. West Kelowna was a handy location for nearby wineries and amenities. We had a really enjoyable stay, and I’d strongly recommend the hotel.

My wife was at a half-day workshop at the hotel, and Jashan at the Front desk kindly helped me get set up so I could do my own work while I waited. He made me feel welcome even though I was just there working on my own. I really appreciated the hospitality. Wonderful people and a wonderful hotel.

Jashan went above and beyond with his help, and it made my visit better. The front desk team was helpful too, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We loved the spacious, clean condo, and the staff were very helpful. It’s a fantastic resort in a great spot for walking the boardwalk, visiting wineries, or heading into Kelowna.

Our group of seven entrepreneurial women came from across Canada for a weekend wellness and business retreat, and The Cove worked really well as our venue. Having a place to stay, an on-site spa and food, plus nearby vineyard excursions was a dream. It felt tucked into nature but was still close enough to the airport and shopping. UberEats and Instacart delivery also meant less running around after we flew in tired. Staff interactions were friendly and smooth. We had a couple of small miscommunications, but they were fixed quickly and didn’t affect our attendees’ experience, which we appreciated. The seven ladies left happy, raving about the lakeview rooms, spa treatments, and chance to recharge. We could see spending more of the snowbird season here in winter, since you have everything you’d need. Megan Dirks + Raez Argulla Brand Bliss Escapes | Hosts Kelowna 2025
