Village Creek Country Inn

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hot tub was clean and hot enough on a very cold, windy night. We booked the pijama party package for a double belated birthday. We weren’t sure what to expect, but the room was fine and the beds were okay. My friend really didn’t like the pillows. Getting out of the water and across to the nearest door left us chilled, even with the two towels provided. Bigger hot tub towels would help in winter, or robes available on request. Also, the activities mentioned as possible in the Inn package need separate bookings. We were disappointed when we called to book yoga and the instructor said she wasn’t doing it. The website should make that qualification clear.

The Village Inn was cozy and lovely, with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and kind, helpful staff. The spa, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance, so there’s plenty to enjoy around the Village. I’ve just come back from a two night getaway at the Village at Pigeon Lake and would highly recommend the Inn. 10/10.

We stayed in room 103 this weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and comfortable the dog friendly room was. It had a lovely kitchen and a very comfortable queen bed. The room wasn’t overlooked, and you could walk straight out to a wooded area. I’d recommend this room or one like it to anyone traveling with a pet.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the bed was really comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel and we’ll be back.
