The king loft had a roomy layout, and having a washroom upstairs was handy at night. The room was clean and cozy, with a big jacuzzi, though its jets wouldn’t start. The kitchen had what we needed, but we had to ask for ice since there aren’t any ice machines.

The restaurant was really good, and the included breakfast was the best hotel continental breakfast I’ve had. That helped make the price feel like good value. The rooms were spacious and clean, though dated and a little funky-smelling. The beds were decent and clean. It must have been a nice hotel in its day, but it could use some renovations.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was included. It was good, with more than just the usual continental options.

2/10
The room looked old, with what seemed like stained beds that were much too hard. Water stains marked the lobby ceiling, which was falling apart, and the place smelled like weed when we checked in. I left as quickly as I could and would never recommend staying here.

The rates were refreshingly reasonable, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. Everything else was as advertised and good, including the attached full-service restaurant.
