The condo itself was nicely done, with quality dishes, mugs, and cutlery. It was clean and had thoughtful little details and notes, including one in the freezer. We appreciated the extra pillows and towels. Sara checked us in pleasantly and efficiently. The tech issues were frustrating, though. Our garage code failed the first time, so my husband went up for another. That one didn’t work either, and I had to get a third code before it finally worked. Later, my son couldn’t get into the garage with his bike, so I went down and pressed on the hose to let him in when the code failed again. I told the desk, but the person there, not Sara, was indifferent and dismissive. The Wi-Fi in our room also didn’t work, so we used the signal from another room. I have data, but needed Wi-Fi for a Teams meeting. Nice condo, but this building has too many technology problems.
