The shower handle got stuck on our last day, and the water wouldn’t turn off. They sent mechanics to fix it, and they were still working on it when we checked out. The room was otherwise clean and well looked after each day. We spent a long weekend skiing and snowboarding, and loved our stay at Four Seasons Resort Whistler. The valet attendants greeted us, and the ski concierge took our outdoor gear and kept it near the mountain base. Breakfast the next morning had lots of sweet and savory choices. I especially liked the crepes, fluffy scrambled eggs, pastry, bacon, and smoked salmon. On our second day on the mountain, I took a private half-day snowboarding lesson booked through Four Seasons. The instructor was patient and taught me the basics. If you have the money, book a lesson. Otherwise, if your friends are patient and can teach you the basics, have them stay with you on the bunny slopes for a day or so. My husband got to enjoy his black runs while I was with the instructor. After two days on the mountain, I chose a recovery massage. The spa lockers were well kept, the plush robes were cozy, and the waiting rooms had light snacks and drinks. My masseuse paid attention to my knotted areas and was gentle with the sore ones. The food, room service, ski concierge, and spa treatments were all amazing.

What stood out most at Four Seasons Whistler was the service. Everyone we met, from reception and the restaurant and pool teams to the house car driver, was friendly, attentive, and committed to looking after guests. We had a spacious, comfortable suite that felt right for a winter trip in the mountains. The hotel is beautiful and warm, and the food throughout was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and nicely presented. The outdoor pool is a little dated but very well maintained, and it was a perfect break after long days on the slopes. We’d love to come back next winter. We’ve stayed at luxury properties in Beaver Creek, Jackson Hole, Vail, and Big Sky, and Four Seasons Whistler is the best of them.

Dinner was a highlight of our trip. The food was amazing, and one of the waitresses made the evening feel like a real celebration. She noticed what we were celebrating and brought such joyful, festive energy to the table. She was helpful, attentive, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but I’ll update this once I have it because she deserves recognition. I highly recommend getting the vague burger, it’s a must on the menu. Four Seasons Resort Whistler felt beautiful, cozy, and luxurious without being overwhelming, with just the right mountain atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel warm and welcoming. It’s rare to get service that feels both high-end and heartfelt. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable night. We can’t wait to return!

My first trip to Canada was unforgettable. I felt like a princess the whole time. The five-star service and ski-in, ski-out access were the best parts. The hotel arranged everything, and we had a great view of the mountains and pool. There was a private chauffeur and shuttle service too. I loved Four Seasons in Whistler. Thanks for the amazing service and treatment.

We loved the peaceful grounds, heated pool, gardens, and quiet places to sit, and had a great time here even without skiing. There are daily activities too, from making maple sugar lollipops to hot chocolate service and wine tasting. The playroom has ping pong, foosball, and two arcade machines, and kids are welcomed with little gifts like a plush toy and toiletries. Both restaurants were delicious: Braidwood Tavern felt very family-friendly, while Sidecut Steakhouse was lovely for a romantic dinner, with prix-fixe and à la carte options. Service was thoughtful and focused on guests. The resort is about a 10-minute walk from the main village, with scenic routes that include stairs and a wooden bridge, though there’s also a fully wheelchair-accessible route. Four Seasons has done it again.
