The team were wonderful, warm, and welcoming, and I always feel at home here. We arrived in Whistler early and asked about checking in early or leaving our bags. They let us check in at 11 a.m. and even gave us a late checkout because part of our group was still out skiing in the gorgeous weather. A huge shout-out to everyone at The Hilton. I've had a great stay here as always.

It's clean, close to the lifts, and the service is great. But the price doesn't match what's offered. The rooms, facilities, amenities, and food feel like a 3-star level, while the hotel is priced like a 5-star without justification. They're not bad, just not 4- or 5-star quality. I appreciate the service, but the cost still doesn't make sense. We won't be back.

Being right in the heart of Whistler Village was the best part. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all within walking distance, so getting around was easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough, but felt dated for the price and weren't especially impressive. Staff were polite, though the service was just okay and didn't feel personal or memorable. It's an average stay in a great location, a reasonable choice if being close to everything is your priority, but the rooms and experience could be better.

I didn't get to stay at Hilton Whistler because I became sick and couldn't travel. I had booked after finding excellent reviews in my research, and Joseph Arnesto kindly helped arrange the cancellation without any trouble. Even without a stay, the experience showed me how kind and professional the service staff are. I'd book with them again without hesitation.

Loved, loved, loved my stay. The rooms are exceptional and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and desk. It's so close to the slopes, and there's a ski valet with summit sports. The indoor hot tub, coffee shop, and really good restaurant were great too.
