Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village

Our suite was spacious and conveniently close to everything we needed in town. The room looked a bit dated, but it was clean and really cozy. We got a great price for the March weekend, and I loved watching the snow from the little patio. The outdoor hot tub was nice, and so was the tub in the room.

I travel around BC a lot and have worked in destination travel, including frequent trips to Squamish and Whistler, so I’m always looking for good value lodging. Pinnacle Hotel in Whistler Village was one of the best value options I’ve found. Everything was within walking distance, and parking was very convenient. The decor isn’t especially modern or updated, but it felt welcoming, like home. Hichem checked me in, welcomed me and found me an ideal room. Ezrah was just as lovely and warm at checkout and when saying hello. My deluxe room had a kitchenette and soaker tub, with a gas fireplace, soft fresh linens, a clean space and a lovely treed view. It felt warm, cozy and soothing. Getting up to snowfall with a hot cup of coffee was lovely. Thanks, Hichem and Ezrah! I’ll return without hesitation.

Our stay was wonderful, but we were shocked when a housekeeper opened the door and walked in at 8:30 AM without notice. That felt incredibly unprofessional and startling, especially so early. I hope the hotel improves staff training around guest privacy.

I was meant to check out at 10:00 a.m., but my ride didn’t come until 3:30 p.m. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and let me extend my stay. My friend and I had a great time relaxing at the hotel whenever we weren’t out on the slopes, and the service was outstanding. Planning the trip to Whistler had been incredibly stressful. I’d booked the wrong dates and had payment problems, and I thought arriving would bring even more trouble since we’re just two young adults planning a trip. Instead, once I got there, it was stress free. The Pinnacle Hotel staff were flexible and really helpful through it all.
