Unit #904 was perfectly clean and spacious, and the private hot tub was a great addition. We had a fantastic weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location, right in front of the Whistler gondola. We’ll be back.

The location was great and really convenient. We chose this room because it was advertised with a hot tub, but when we arrived there was a sign saying it was out of order. I called to ask about compensation and they offered none. I also asked for the owners’ contact details so they’d know, but the staff wouldn’t provide them. An employee bringing us batteries for the TV said the hot tub had been broken for months. Be aware when you boom this, they advertise a hot tub that isn’t working.

We were all very comfortable during our three-night stay at Whistler. There was plenty of sleeping space with two bedrooms and two fold-out queen-size sofa beds, and the kitchen was fully equipped so we could make dinner. The in-unit hot tub was a great way to end a long day of boarding. The place is right next to the slopes, in a very convenient location. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to the slopes.

The location is unbeatable if you’re skiing in winter, but the units are very old and dated. They’re comfortable, but nowhere near world class. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and worn, and needs replacing. The “in-suite hot tub” is indoors, crammed into a corner of the living room rather than on a balcony. For the price they charge, the units need serious renovation to get back to a world-class standard. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it.

Everything was super clean, all worked, and the beds were comfy. The living room was great for hanging out, and the place fits 8, with a kitchen and hot tub. From the tub, you can see the mountain and lifts through the window, and on the other side there’s a view of the living room TV if you’re watching the hockey game. Best of both worlds?! Best spot in town, 10/10. I’ll be back!
