The rooms are family-friendly and up to date, and the place stays warm enough that you don't need the heaters, just the gas fireplace. Staff were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful, possibly the best I've had at any Worldmark resort. I'm only marking down the location because it's not at a ski resort, although it's a short drive or walk. A wonderful place for a vacation.

It's quiet, the staff are friendly, and the location is nice, just a short walk down the hill. The hot tubs could use a refill, and the lighting could be dimmer.

The rooms were great, and we had an awesome view of the mist burning off. Parking was tight, especially for larger trucks, though we managed. There are no elevators, so carrying a lot of things means making several trips.

The rooms are fabulous, with alpine views, gas fireplaces, good space, and up-to-date interiors. Staff were super friendly too. It's very close to a market, shopping, food, and three small lakes. Definitely glad we came.

The condo-style room was super clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and even a Bluetooth speaker. The TV has Shaw cable but no streaming service, though DVDs are available to borrow in the lobby. The beds were very comfortable, but the couch and chairs weren't, with no cushions. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
