The room was lovely, modern, clean, and well soundproofed, and the bathroom was even nicer. Reception staff were prompt and courteous when I had requests, and whenever I stopped by, someone offered water and treats while I waited. What stood out most was how patient and accommodating they were with colleagues who had specialized needs. I was in Winnipeg for a multi-day conference in October, on my first visit to the city. I had little time to explore outside the conference and fell ill halfway through, but the hotel's service made the visit surpass my expectations. I'm looking forward to coming back next year and seeing the city properly. For a central place for business or personal events in Winnipeg, Delta is a good choice.

Downtown is right at the heart of things, and the indoor bridges make it easy to explore. We've stayed a few times and have always enjoyed dealing with the front desk staff, especially Valerie, who has helped us on several visits. We'd definitely recommend it.

The 12th-floor lounge was a highlight: good food and snacks, especially the cookies, and a quiet, clean, bright breakfast area. My room was spotless and organized, and the indoor pool made for a great winter getaway with friends. Delta Hotels is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a warm feel from arrival. At check-in, the concierge team greeted me with smiles and offered bottled water, and the front desk associate proactively offered an upgrade for my Titanium Elite status. I appreciated that. The service may not be traditional luxury five-star service, but the care, warmth, and professionalism showed in the details throughout my stay. It left me with some of my best Winnipeg memories. The location is really convenient, close to the RBC convention centre, and the views were nice. Rooms are a bit dated, and while the bed was firm and supportive, the pillows were awful with basically no support. The pool is super, with a big swimming area and hot tubs, and the gym was great.
