The application was turned down for “insufficient income,” despite three working adults, even though that same application had been approved a month earlier. Management at 243 Queen St seems disorganized. Having multiple staff members handle tenant applications led to confusion and miscommunication.

I needed to move into the city for medical services, and the staff were excellent both when I booked and during my stay. Executive Suites by Roseman has spacious, clean, comfortable rooms, with stores and good restaurants very close to Polo Park Mall and other amenities. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and the welcoming gift on arrival was really nice. I absolutely love staying here and will definitely be back! Bill

I've stayed at Executive Suites by Roseman many times over the years and love coming back. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and grocery stores and good restaurants are just a short walk away. Staff are always friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make you feel at home. They also leave a really nice welcome gift when you arrive.

Clean and well kept, with great parking and quick attention whenever something comes up. One of the best parts is being able to phone and talk to a pleasant, informative real person without sitting on hold. A real gem in Winnipeg.
