I left with a really positive impression and would gladly return. Roudi, Navneet, and Lhen were especially graceful and helpful, making everything feel welcoming and easy, and the whole staff made sure my needs were met. The complimentary hot breakfast was filling, and from the hotel it's easy to walk to Winnipeg sights like The Forks and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. I found the place surprisingly fresh and well cared for, though I can't tell whether it was recently renovated or simply maintained very well.

Once inside, we were greeted by a lovely lobby, bar and restaurant, and staff who were incredibly helpful. We arrived a little unsure because the buildings don't look like much from outside, but arshdeep made us feel welcome and respected. She listened with understanding when we told her about our bad experience at the alt hotel, and even gave us a goody bag. The room had a great balcony, a big TV, a clean comfortable bed, and a spectacular bathroom. My wife and I haven't had a better hotel experience overall. We'll recommend it to everyone and can't wait to return! :)

For my Winnipeg business trip, I chose to stay downtown and was glad I did. The Hampton is near shopping, the Ballpark at Blue Cross, the Forks, and lots of places to eat. It was a clean, quiet stay, and the staff were friendly.

The central location makes it easy to get around on foot, especially to The Forks Market, with its many food stalls and two coffee bars. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. My room was clean and fully equipped. Breakfast is included, and complimentary tea and coffee are available around the clock. If you need toothpaste, just ask at the front desk and they'll give you some.
