Homewood Suites by Hilton Winnipeg Airport-Polo Park, MB

Michael in the kitchen is friendly and really good at his job. He keeps the kitchen clean. I loved having a fridge, study desk, sofa, and kitchen in my room. It had everything I needed. The location is handy too, close to restaurants and groceries. I'll definitely stay here again.

Such a pleasant change from my other hotel stays. Mark and Bonnie were especially lovely, and the rest of the staff were really nice too. I'll come back the next time I'm in Winnipeg for work. Thanks for the hospitality, A+++!

Great location, and the reception staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, and breakfast was very good.

I liked the room size and kitchenette, and the pool schedule is great for families: kids can swim until 10 PM, then adults get the pool from 10 PM to midnight. I wish every hotel did that. The location works well. There's a train nearby, but I rarely heard it. I've stayed here and at the hotel across the parking lot, which is run by the same management team but a different chain. Sleep wasn't great, though. Half the pillows were flat feathers and the rest were poor quality, lumpy and thin. I could hear people walking upstairs, and a dog that sounded like a large breed barked often down the hall. If I stayed again, I'd insist on a top floor room. Breakfast could be better too. The bacon was undercooked, all tangled together, and looked disgusting. I also don't like butter and condiments being served communally in bowls.
