Women’s hair was all over the room, including the bed, and there was a huge chunk missing from the shower wall. Absolutely gross. Front desk manager “Meg” offered $30 off. Management's other suggestion was that they could clean it for us, as though I should have to clean it myself. Look at the photos and decide.

I can only speak to how kind the front desk staff were, not the rooms. I had to leave a nearby hotel, Day's Inn, in the middle of the night because they couldn't accommodate my allergy requests. I needed somewhere else to go, or even just a warm place to collect myself. The girl at MainStay Suites was really kind. She was honest that she didn't know whether their bedding had down, the allergen that made me leave Day's Inn. She offered me water and said I could stay awhile if that would help. On a night when I might otherwise have been alone and miserable, that meant a lot. Thank you for caring.

Booked for Oct 9-10. The elevator and hallways smelled bad, and smoke seemed to be everywhere. People were hanging around outside, smoking and playing, and I felt unsafe. I was even scared to leave my rental car parked in front of the hotel. I think I was the only non-Native person on at least the fourth floor. The cable reception was so bad that the TV didn't work on any channel. I left my used towels on the floor as the instructions said, but the dirty towel was still there when I returned. The furniture needs updating, and the bathroom is dated.

Looking for somewhere peaceful that feels like home? This is it. The staff are excellent, and honestly, I felt at home here. 10/10.
