The room smelled musty as soon as I entered, the sheets didn't feel clean, and the bathroom hadn't been wiped down properly. When I asked for a refund or even a small discount, since nothing was being addressed, staff laughed at me instead of helping. The whole place felt neglected and badly managed. For what I paid, I expected basic cleanliness and professionalism, but it didn't meet even that minimum. This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't return or recommend it.

One good thing is you can pay a cash deposit instead of giving them a credit card. But the sheets on the way down to the rooms need changing. I itched all night. The pillows need replacing too, and the bathroom needs an upgrade.

For nine hours of sleep, I paid $173.60, and the place was overpriced and extremely dirty. The tub didn't drain and was super slimy when I showered. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't been washed since they opened. I slept on top of the covers and used my own blanket. It was Sunday, March 23. If I hadn't been so tired from traveling across Canada, I would've left. Have some respect for yourselves and the people paying to stay there. I was very disappointed and, honestly, disgusted. A little elbow grease and TLC would go a long way. My last night was at Parkway Motel, a beautiful place in Wawa, and it was clean and comfortable, $70 cheaper, tastefully decorated, and had proper wine and whiskey glasses. Beautiful property and great staff, and really clean. If you're passing through Wawa and need somewhere to stay, I highly recommend it.

I showed up with my kids hoping to get some sleep, but they wouldn't let us stay. They wanted more than 500 dollars for the four of us. Crappy hotel.

A simple, clean room and friendly reception. It's a motel right beside the highway, so I showered, slept, and headed out.
