The view from the top deck was amazing. I also enjoyed the relaxing pool area and the convenient location. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, the food good, and the Wi-Fi reliable. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my stay at Novotel Kinshasa.

Meals at the restaurant were very good, though the menu choices were quite limited. The rooms felt small for the daily rates. Staff were helpful and bilingual, and the lift worked.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the rooms were clean. The staff were really pleasant, especially Epee, who made great cocktails and was helpful throughout my stay. It was better than I expected, and I’d definitely recommend it.
