Pullman Kinshasa Grand Hotel

I only came to visit someone, but the service at the paillotte really surprised me. Grace, the hostess, deserves a special mention for making our time there so enjoyable. The food was out of this world, and the people serving us were just as lovely. I'd recommend anyone holidaying in DRC to stop by for Congolese food. This place is simply the best.

Madame Francine and Mr. Papy really made the mood and experience worth it. The breakfast was great, and the staff were engaged and ready to help whenever needed. Very good service overall.

Mme Jenny even made my nervous doggy feel welcome, with bowls, a card and a snack on the day he arrived. Security were friendly and extremely helpful, too, and didn't hesitate to assist with a smile despite the occasional bark or snarl. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a wonderful greeting and extraordinary service from Mme Laura, Mme Hornella, Mr Pitchou, Mr John and their colleagues. Thank you all.

Laura on the hotel service team made my stay really comfortable. She was friendly, attentive and professional every time, and handled each request quickly with a smile. Her proactive approach and eye for detail stood out. I highly recommend the team for their hospitality.
