The sled routes and scenic paths the staff suggested turned out to be some of the best parts of our weekend. We were there for one night over a recent weekend as a young couple, and the whole stay felt wonderfully relaxing. We especially appreciated how welcoming the receptionists and staff were from the moment we arrived. We had lots of questions about places to visit and eat, and they patiently talked us through the options, gave detailed answers, and shared thoughtful suggestions. There always seemed to be someone ready to help at the desk, and everything felt well organized. Even though places at this level can sometimes feel intimidating, we felt comfortable and welcome throughout. The hotel itself was excellent. Our modern room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the lovely restaurant, with its phenomenal view and generous breakfast selection. The included spa was fantastic, too. A special highlight was requesting a “field raclette.” The bag came with cheese, bread, sides, utensils, and a small candle-powered raclette oven. We took the gondola up the mountain and had lunch with an incredible view. It was one of the most memorable moments of our weekend. Many thanks to the whole team for making our stay and trip so special.

We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on the rooms. We did spend New Year's Eve there, though, and the 1980s-themed dinner was excellent. For 32 CHF per person per day, using the swimming pool and sauna facilities was great value. The personnel were extremely friendly and courteous. We’ll certainly think about staying here on our next visit to Adelboden.

We had a wonderful long weekend, thanks! The hotel offers good value and is very clean throughout. It's close to both the gondola station and bus station, with excellent food, lovely service, and a very good spa. Highly recommend it.

The half board food was superb, especially the salad bar, which surprised me. We found the Adler wonderfully restful, and it was an ideal place to take a rest day on the Via Alpina. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The updated sauna and pool had great mountain views, and we really enjoyed both. The hotel reception staff were kind and fantastic. We loved our time here.
