The only little issue for us was the pillows, which felt too soft and low. It would be nice to have a choice of pillows. Everything else was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a cozy feel. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty with plenty to choose from. A special thanks to Yolanda for making us a lovely dish each morning, such a sweet touch. The area is perfect for skiing. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

Swimming in the hot pool with cold air outside and mountains all around was unforgettable. The view was amazing, and the hotel bar and restaurant were excellent too. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a stunning outlook. Staff were super friendly, parking was easy and free, and the whole stay was fantastic. I’d love to come back.

The view from the hotel was truly spectacular, but unfortunately the way breakfast was handled overshadowed the stay. We booked online several months ahead and paid for breakfast. At check in on 24 December around 5pm, the front desk confirmed it was included. When I asked about having breakfast delivered to the room, I was told our paid breakfast was for the restaurant only and room service would cost extra. We agreed to pay, then asked if the restaurant breakfast could be cancelled or adjusted since we’d be paying again. The staff refused and offered no alternative. We also asked whether we could order one breakfast to share because we don’t usually eat much in the morning. That was declined too, and we accepted the one per person rule. At around 8:30am on 25 December, we went to the restaurant hoping to use the breakfast we had already paid for. Staff said we couldn’t enter because we had ordered room service. When I explained we had paid for both, the reply was reluctant and dismissive: “Then you just go.” We weren’t shown to a table like other guests, and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. What bothered us most was the lack of help, clear explanation, or basic hospitality at both the front desk and restaurant. It felt like extra charges mattered more than the guest experience, even though the hotel didn’t seem fully occupied during Christmas. The beautiful view was a highlight, but the service left what could have been a memorable visit feeling very disappointing.

The outdoor spa, one of the hotel’s main selling points, was freezing and unusable, and other guests were openly complaining. The indoor sauna was closed, and the minibar fridge didn’t work. The room was filthy and clearly hadn’t been checked. There were cobwebs in the electric kettle, and it smelled strongly of dog urine. For a hotel charging premium rates, these are basic hygiene failures. After our stay, the hotel sent an accusatory email instead of acknowledging the problems. The staff conduct added to the sense of poor management. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member who has stayed at properties around the world, this was by far my worst and most unacceptable stay. This is not a 4 star hotel.
