We stayed one night and found the room really spacious and super clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is perfect, close to the ski area, bus station, grocery stores and other restaurants.

Right by the bus station, the location was just as good as people say. The room was unbelievably clean, cleaner than most hotel rooms I've come across. The bathroom looked a little dated, but was spotless too. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I'd stay here again on a visit to the area.

We really appreciated the ski room's boot dryers, which left our boots completely dry for the next day. Breakfast had lots of options and was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a supermarket nearby, and the cable car is only a short walk away.

After two days of hiking, I was glad to recover here. The hotel is right in the heart of Adelboden, directly opposite the bus station. Breakfast was awesome: hot chocolate, fruit juice, eggs, ham, bacon and vegetables, and I tucked in hungrily. You can hear people passing in the street, but shutting the window makes it quiet enough to rest. The spa is well worth asking about if you're as worn out as I was after a six-hour trail. The bartender even made me an incredible spicy cocktail to order. I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

For a three-star hotel, three stars seems fair. The staff were nice, and breakfast was okay, though minimal. The room was a good size but noisy because of the nearby lift. Some furniture was old and a few things were broken, though they looked like quick fixes. The location is handy, close to Adelboden's main street and its shops and restaurants.
