The cross-country ski route to Zernez was among the best, and getting back to the hotel by train was easy. The food was another highlight: sign up for half board, it’s a great deal, and the chef’s cooking can rival some of the most inventive meals we’ve had along the Loire in France. The staff were amazing and breakfast was great too. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
My husband stayed here and found it really convenient, just behind the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, with a fridge. There was lots to choose from at the breakfast buffet, and it was delicious. Highly recommend it.
The room was spacious and had a kitchen with an oven, so you could cook if you wanted. The cleaning lady did a very good job every day. The hotel is right behind the station. It was off-season, and this was the only hotel available in Zuoz. Because of a staff shortage, reception closed at 17:00. Breakfast was a disappointment: it was the same each day, and some of it seemed to be leftovers from the day before. Bring your own food, or buy some at the Coop next to the station.
A peaceful, quiet stay with lovely views and a good location. Good value for money, and I enjoyed being here.
I was passing through for work and stayed one night. The room was lovely and clean, and the two women running the place were friendly and helpful. I left two of my rings behind and couldn’t return for them, so they sent them to Australia for free. They were important to me, and I was so happy with how helpful they were. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you’re in town.
