We had a spectacular view of Lake Thun from our room, and getting to Interlaken took only about a 30-minute drive. Parking was easy, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was excellent. The bed could have been more comfortable, and I wish there had been more options. Aside from that, it was an excellent stay I'd happily recommend.

The valley view from the room was fantastic, and the accommodations were warm and comfortable. The owners are wonderful hosts and cooks, with hearts of gold, and the food was fantastic. They paid so much attention to us that it's easy to feel right at home.

The countryside around the place was breathtaking in the morning, and the room itself was spacious, cozy, authentic, and super clean. Our host gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived late, when it was dark and hard to find the small entrance with no proper sign. Breakfast was simple and good for us. The host asked about our needs as Muslims, so we chose bread, fruit, eggs, and cheese. It's a quiet spot for relaxing, though there's not much around. Thun City is 15 minutes away, and Grindewald and Lautebrunnen are 40 minutes away.

I paid 176 chf for a room with an unserviceable light after booking through agoda. I arrived at 22:00 at night and was charged another 20 chf for late check-in. I checked agoda for that fee and couldn't find it. I asked the owner to leave the key in a locker or email me so I could come earlier to collect it, but they didn't want to do that. They seemed to prefer getting 20 chf from anyone arriving late. The location is good and breakfast was good. The bed, duvet, and cover were hard.
